If you are new to exercise or a seasoned professional we have a range of facilities and equipment to suit your needs. The facility boasts three different gymnasiums, supervised by qualified instructors at all times. We also offer a Sports Hall and Dance Studio for those who may not be so gym orientated but still wish to improve their health and wellbeing.

The Evergreen Suite enables users to regain fitness or rehabilitation from injury. By following a short circuit devised by an instructor it is possible to work the whole body in just 30 minutes!

If you are female and would prefer to train in a private environment we offer a ladies- only gymnasium. With a range of cardiovascular and resistance equipment by Cybex we can help you reach your health and fitness goals.

Finally the mixed gym incorporates a large range of cardiovascular training and resistance machines also by Cybex. With such a large range of equipment you can be confident that you will be training not queuing! The equipment can also be easily adapted to enable wheelchair users’ access.

Sports and Fitness opening times:

Monday to Thursday               7 am until 10 pm

Friday                                      7 am until 9 pm 

Saturday and Sunday             8 am until 6 pm
